This menu encompasses the simple & rustic cuisine of the French countryside for you and your guests. Chef Bradley will teach you fundamentals of French country cooking; starting with the perfect rustic appetizer, then a classic entrée and will wrap up with a simple, yet elegant, dessert. This class will give you skills that you'll use over and over again in new ways. This is a hands-on class.
